Ángeles, known artistically as Anyu Sun, is a multidisciplinary Argentinian-Canadian artist.
Born into a family of architects and creatives, she was immersed in visual language and creative thinking from an early age. Her formal education in Industrial Design at the University of Buenos Aires, combined with her studies
in Fine Arts at the University of Bellas Artes, led her to work at the intersection of art and design, wearing both the dreamer’s and the maker’s hats.
Through vibrant colors, expressive lines, and layered textures, her work explores the complexities of the human experience, surreal and esoteric symbolism, and a deep, intimate connection with nature. She dives into themes of radical acceptance, emotional depth, and unapologetic self-expression. Celebrating the complexity of the human experience.
