Our street art archive is provided for educational and preservation purposes. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Your use of OTTAWALLS.art is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When you submit photos with location data, we use this information solely to map and catalog murals in our archive.
All original content created by OTTAWALLS.art (including site design, data compilation, and text) is protected by copyright laws and remains the property of OTTAWALLS.art.
OTTAWALLS.art is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information in our archive, including the exact coordinates or current statuses of murals.
Travel and Safety: Ottawalls is a digital guide for informational purposes only. Users assume 100% of all risks associated with travel, navigation, and visiting mural locations. OTTAWALLS.art is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or other harm that occurs while using our guide.
Trespassing & Private Property: Mapping a location does not grant permission to visit it. Users must obey all local laws, completely respect private property boundaries, and avoid trespassing. Do not enter restricted areas or private properties to view or photograph murals.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OTTAWALLS.art and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including property or privacy rights.
Our service contains links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps) that are not owned or controlled by OTTAWALLS.art. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site.
